Where can I find a copy of the National Human Trafficking Prevention Framework that was released by the US Dept of Health & Human Services in
Katherine Chon, Director of Trafficking in Persons Office, referred to it when speaking at the OSCE 24th Conference of the Alliance against Trafficking in Persons held in Vienna on April 15 & 16, 2024.
Answer
Thank you for your question.
There is a press release on the Administration for Children and Families website called "HHS Releases Framework to Strengthen National Efforts to Prevent Human Trafficking" (https://acf.gov/archive/media/press/2024/hhs-releases-framework-strengthen-national-efforts-prevent-human)
This press release includes a link to the HHS National Human Trafficking Prevention Framework, but the link (https://acf.gov/otip/report/national-human-trafficking-prevention-framework) goes to a page that says, "Access to this page is restricted." Then there is a box that says, "Please use the search below to find your content on Administration for Children and Families. The result you’re looking for may no longer be available or may be under review for archival. Please check the ACF Archives later."
I don't find the framework in this search box or in the ACF Archives. It is possible that this page may be restored later or added to the archive, or there may be a way to access it with permission from the ACF.
I would suggest contacting the ACF to inquire about what has happened to this document. Their contact information is listed at the bottom of the first page linked above, and is as follows:

I hope this information is helpful. If this is not what you need or if there is any other assistance we can provide, please let us know.
