Thank you for your question.
The IRS has issued three Economic Impact Payments. Most eligible people already received their stimulus payments. People who are missing a stimulus payment or got less than the full amount may be eligible to claim a Recovery Rebate Credit on their 2020 or 2021 federal tax return. There are no stimulus payments scheduled for 2024.
If you think you may have missed a stimulus payment, there is information from the IRS on how to check your account and claim any funds you did not receive: Economic Impact Payments
See the IRS Recovery Rebate Credit page for more information, including how to find out if you have any unclaimed credit and how to claim it. Note that you must file a return to claim the credit, even if you don't usually file a tax return.
If you need assistance filing your return, there is help available for disabled or elderly persons, or if you meet certain other qualifications.

The USDA's Single Family Housing Repair Loans and Grants program provides loans to very-low-income homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize their homes, or provides grants to elderly, very-low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards. Properties must be located in an eligible rural area.
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes, while ensuring their health and safety.
Homeowners over age 62 may qualify for a type of home loan known as reverse mortgages. The Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) program is the only reverse mortgage insured by the government. The HECM lets you withdraw some of your home’s equity to use for home maintenance, repairs, or living expenses.
