2024 Stimulus Check for Disabled Person
2024
Answer
Thank you for your question.
The federal government has no plans to issue any 2024 stimulus checks for disabled persons.
There will be a 2.5 percent cost-of-living-adjustment (COLA) Social Security benefits and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments in 2025, but this is a monthly increase in benefits, not a stimulus check: https://blog.ssa.gov/social-security-announces-2-5-percent-benefit-increase-for-2025/
Some states are issuing state tax rebates or other inflation relief payments, but this varies from state to state. This article summarized these payments as of last July, but you should check with your state government to verify their current status: https://www.kiplinger.com/taxes/state-stimulus-checks

Opm disability personal should get a stimulus check along with food allowance. It's not Fair when Medicaid and SSDI/SSI recipients get a food allowance card and we can't.
