Hi, I have a patron looking for the implementation rules for this treaty. https://eca.state.gov/files/bureau/treaty01.pdf And I did find this but https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/search?conditions%5Bterm%5D=Implementing+Rules+for+the+United+States-Mexico-Canada+Agreement+Implementation+Act since the treaty is for the 1970s this does work. I searched but I'm not finding what they need. Would you be able to help me find the implementation rules for treaties from the 1970s for the treaty provided?

Thanks for the quick response! I was hoping to find something specific like the document you found and included. If your patron wants to contact me directly that would be fine. I will cc you on what I find.
I also think that contacting the State Dept directly would be very useful.
