Hi, I have a patron looking for the implementation rules for this treaty. https://eca.state.gov/files/bureau/treaty01.pdf And I did find this but https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/search?conditions%5Bterm%5D=Implementing+Rules+for+the+United+States-Mexico-Canada+Agreement+Implementation+Act since the treaty is for the 1970s this does work. I searched but I'm not finding what they need. Would you be able to help me find the implementation rules for treaties from the 1970s for the treaty provided?
