Executive Order Missing ?

Executive Order Missing ?
I'm having difficulty locating a particular executive order. It was issues on 9/22/2020. It is entitled, "Executive Order on Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping." It can be seen on the White House website but not in the Federal Register. How do I locate it in the Federal Register ?

Answer

Thank you for your question.

The Executive Order on Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping was published in the September 28 issue of the Federal Register. You can see it at the federalregister.gov website: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/09/28/2020-21534/combating-race-and-sex-stereotyping

It is also available at the govinfo.gov website: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2020-09-28/pdf/2020-21534.pdf

You can also search or browse the Federal Register at federalregister.gov or at https://www.govinfo.gov/app/collection/fr/
