Q. QSEHRA/ICHRA list of employers offering these to their employees? (employer benefits)

QSEHRA/ICHRA list of employers offering these to their employees? (employer benefits)
Hi, Are there publicly available data sources for names of employers currently offering QSEHRA to their employees? ICHRAs? Who may I contact for more information on the names of these companies, or where may I request information to begin compliling a list, myself? Thanks.

Thank you for your question.

I'm not aware of any publicly-available source of this type, but a good place to ask about it would be HealthCare.gov website, which offiers numerous resources realted to QSEHRA: https://www.healthcare.gov/glossary/qsehra/

And ICHRA: https://www.healthcare.gov/glossary/individual-coverage-hra/

General contact information for HealthCare.gov can be found at https://www.healthcare.gov/contact-us/

Most of the information I have seen available publicly is either statistical data or information about state laws, rather than lists of employers. It is possible that would be restricted for privacy reasons.

HealthCare.gov provides access to several datasets related to health and dental plans: https://www.healthcare.gov/health-and-dental-plan-datasets-for-researchers-and-issuers/

Companies that provide software or other assistance related to setting up a QSEHRA or ICHRA may also have data on their clients, but probably not comprehensive data, and probably not available for free. Some examples would be these:

PeopleKeep software company has a list of "success stories," or case studies, which describe a few specific companies that use their software: https://www.peoplekeep.com/health-benefits-case-studies

PeopleKeep also offers a state-by-state guide to laws or market conditions that affect a QSEHRA:  https://www.peoplekeep.com/qsehra-state-guide

The PeopleKeep Resources page has other information, and they may be able to offer assistance in finding what you are looking for if you contact them directly: https://www.peoplekeep.com/resources

CoreDocuments.com: https://www.coredocuments.com/qsehra/ and https://www.coredocuments.com/coreichra.php

I hope this information is helpful. If this is not what you need, or if there is any other way we can assist you, please let us know.
